Umm Margarito won a couple of the first rounds as well and opened up with hard hard body shots on Miguel.
Your questions is can Margarito take them for the 1st six rounds, I am pretty sure he can, nobody really knows to be honest, but with your question it suggest that Margaritos there for the taking, that he is shot or some how faded, so why give Cotto credit should he win? especially when his own fans come out and state Tony is all done?

My question is Can Cotto take the same shots as he did last time round? I dont think so as a Puerto Rican I have always thought this fight is just a matter of styles, Margarito will pressure him against the ropes and do his thing, and this time round Margarito has Garcia in corner with him which will help out much more in the rematch.

They know they can't do that **** again, Mosley showed them how to do it.

Cotto's trainer Pedro Luis Diaz has him working on his legs like never before. They know what he needs to do to win this fight and it starts with moving but not to the ropes like the first fight.

Cotto and Mosley do not fight the same. Cotto's best asset in my opinion with this fight is his motivation. He'll need to box Margarito if he wants to win. If he actually tries to beat Margarito up, he'll be in trouble.

Neither can take that kind of punishment anymore.

Fortunately for them, neither can dish out that kind of punishment anymore.

It's a tough one. Cotto can out box Marg, obviously. But if he can't get Margarito's respect, then he can't keep Margarito off of him. And that's a problem.

Absolutely, he took 1000 punchs by Manny Pacquiao to the face.

Tony is the definition of a warrior.

I didnt realize Margarito had two surgeries, found an article from September on yahoo

                  http://news.yahoo.com/margarito-fear...201039379.html

                  stating

The 33-year-old former welterweight champion considered retirement after the surgery to repair the fracture and another procedure about 2½ months ago to fix a cataract caused by the blow. But he was assured by doctors he could still fight.

Don't know where they have here as Margo as a big puncher. He is a volume puncher that walks you down. Cotto has to hold on occassions and block in the pocket.

IMO Margo's eye and belly are not going to hold
I think this is accurate. Anyone watch Tony's fight with Daniel Santos?
