He refuse testing and changed his story many times as to why he should not be tested , for more than 50 million dollars come on is that not highly su****ious , the evidence is in the testing unless somebody came forward that gave it to him or seen it etc other wise just like with any other PED cheat in sport there is no evidence until caught by testing .

Jeff is forgetting JMM in both fights barely escaped being blownout EARLY! First fight was miracle of JMM's conditioning and heart, on the second fight he was lucky enough to catch that punch close to the end of the round...
