no he did 1.25 million.. but just because you say he didn't ok.. 800,00 ppv buys plus gate and other revenue and i keep 100 percent of it is better than selling 2 million and only keeping 20 percent and no other revenue (and pacroid never sold 2 million i just say that to make a point) you do the math.. so even when you try to hate you still make yourself look foolish. :****you:

Honestly I dont know how anybody can believe a word Arum says , he is the most contradicting bull****ter on the planet , thing is he is so transparent .
I don't think it is about them not believing but rather not acknowledging it. Alot of Pac fans look up to Manny and live through him. Have you ever seen how fans act towards rappers, actors, singers, etc.......... same thing here. I think Floyd Mayweather Jr is perhaps the best fighter of this era but just because I respect his skills won't make me lie to myself to make him seem like he is right all the time. Call it how it is and in my eyes Floyd has always been down to fight Pac considering all Pac had to do is agree to the condition of the blood testing instead of wanting to know when the testing would be administered because then it would not be random. All it took was a simple agreeance and the fight would have been past tense. Hell, we probably would have had a rematch or 3rd fight by now (depending on how competitive it was) if Arum would not have been blocking this fight from happening.

The funny thing is. How can Pac fans say Floyd is scared when Pac was the one who opted to fight Clottey instead of agreeing to the stipulations of the testing Floyd wanted to make the fight? When you leave the negotiation table from one fighter to fight another that is officially called a duck. I could understand if Pac were fighting non Top Rank fighters at least once or twice but that is not the case AT ALL. Arum has publicly went on record to say that he is not willing to work with any other promoter or make fights with other boxers unless their with him? That right there tells me who is holding up this fight. Bob Arum has been controling and calling the shots with Pac for a long time. Arum already has Bradley lined up and I bet the venue. All of Pac's fights have been set up before he got in the ring with his opponent(s). Lets keep it all the way real. The Clottey and Mosley fights are suspect and on top of that. Arum is controling Pac's money. Arum got Pac to fire the same guys he hired to find his money?

It's right there in plain view because Bob Arum ain't hiding. My question to Pac fans is. When has Floyd EVER been difficult negotiation with when it came to making big fights? The answer is NEVER. Floyd is his boss and Arum is Pac's. It's no secret that Arum likes to keep fighters in house. All you have to do is look at Pac's track record and don't get me started on the catchweights and disadvantages. Arum wanted Sergio Martinez to kill himself for a fight with Manny. Bob Arum/Top Rank have been carefully manuevering Manny Pacquiao in the media to make him out to be a great fighter but how great is he that he would have to fight Cotto at a 145 catchweight for his title when he already fought Oscar at 147 prior? $h!t ain't hard to see what's going on but only if you want to see it and Pac's fans ain't trying to see it bottomline.

All we heard since the failing of the first negotiations is that Floyd is scared and how bad they want to fight Floyd but now that he is back saying he wants Pac and locking down dates all Arum and company can do is say "Floyd ain't serious". How many times we had to hear before Pac fought them other fights about Floyd and fighting him? Now they are trying their best to discredit Mayweather? $h!t is crazy.

Ross Greenberg, the president of HBO sports at that time, was the THIRD PARTY in trying to negotiate a fight between Pac and floyd.

Bob announced such negotiations for TWO WHOLE WEEKS while for some weird reason, Floyd's camp were quiet.

then both ellerbe and haymon came out and said NO NEGOTIATIONS TOOK PLACE.

so its either Ross Greenberg lied about the negotiations, or both ellerbe and haymon are the liars.

                you guys decide.

and as for the current situation, according to Bob arum, testing is no longer an issue. if that's the case, why isn't floyd (who is his own boss/promoter) simply calling the Bobster's bluff and open negotiations to fight Manny?

I mean, in my opinion, the only official negotiation and the one that made any sense was the first one all the rest were suspect. how could Arum have been negotiating with Floyd and saying they were down to make the fight when Bob said not too long ago that they didn't trust the USADA testing and now he is trying everything to discredit Mayweather instead of saying "ok, once we're done with Marquez and if Pac wins. We will explore the fight" Seems like the only time Bob was adamant about making the fight with Floyd was when Mayweather was retired both times. Just funny to me that Pac fans say Floyd is scared of Pac but the reason this fight didn't happen years ago is because Pac went to fight Clottey instead of putting his ego aside, agreeing to Floyd's demand like Floyd did his and make the fight. Pac ducked Floyd period. How can Floyd be scared to fight Pac when Pac didn't want to fight Floyd? I'm not trying to say you are one of the guys saying that but the logic on here sometimes is unbelievably bias. I wholeheartedly think Pac would fight Floyd but Arum got plans and they are all in favor of Arum's best interest. that's just my opinion though.

one thing i appreciate about your post Grus is that at least you admit that what you said was your opinion. few people do that, even among Pac fans.

i noticed though that you ignored Ross Greenber's take on the negotiations. the man's job was at stake and he of all people had the most to lose if he lied. Not to mention that he had his bosses at HBO to answer to. ANYTHING he said was screened, scrutinized and HAD TO BE APPROVED before it was to be made official.

Bob is a liar. he admitted it himself. Al Haymon and Ellerbe's reputations aren't very good as well.

Greenberg couldn't afford to lie considering his situation.

Nonetheless, i fault Manny for not at least taking the risk and not taking the test. If he truly believed in God, then it would be a simple matter of faith that if God could give David power over Goliath, God could have easily given him power over that durn blood test.

personally, i believe that a younger, less prideful manny would have jumped at the opportunity and took the test, blood drained be damned.

I didn't ignore it. I just said that the first negotiation was the most official one because everybody was on board.
