Comments Thread For: Arum on Pacquiao's Retirement, Possible 2012 Options

The career of Manny Pacquiao is coming to a close in the near future, according to Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum. The Filipino boxer, who doubles as a congressman of the Sarangani province in the Philippines, will take his political career a step further in 2013 when he runs for governor. Pacquiao is already an early favorite to win that election. Between then and now, Pacquiao will likely take part in three to four more fights. One of those fights is scheduled for Saturday night, when he defends the WBO welterweight title against Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

              Pacquiao vs Rios,Jones, Gamboa, Bradley.......

Mayweather,Kahn Berto, Martinez, Maidana, and anyone else not signed to Top Rank will ever get the Pacquiao fight.

Bob Arum has those last four fights of Manny's already set.
Funny how he says if Berto can do something good.

Ok then what in the hell has rios,Gamboa, and Jones ever done?

Gamboa? Last time I checked he is at 126 lbs LOL. Pacquiao will kill him if he jump to Welterweight.

The only fights that makes sense aside from Mayweather are Amir Khan and Timothy Bradley.

Meanwhile, Mike Jones is one of the most precious feed for Pacquiao. Arum is decorating while protecting him at the same time only to match him with Pac. This guy is a bum. He doesn't even won any world title.
