The thing about that is Arum, Pac, and his team have already painted themselves into a corner when it comes to PEDs & testing. If Marquez wins, what are they going to say? He was on something? They've already come out saying how it's the commission's place to do the testing, and the commission knows what their doing. Are they going to take that back and start saying the exact same thing they condemned Mayweather for? I doubt it.

It's the same reason they didn't ask Mosley to take any tests, because they'd look like hypocrits.

So it's next to useless. That's fine...The one we have now is beyond useless. I'm not saying it's fail proof....But, comparing it to the crap we have now.

      That's not true.

Who cares, why they would spend money...How in God's name can you say it's not better than what we have now? Because, you have the spend money? Is your money? WTF?

OK that's fine...Look what you're saying you can get caught with random urine testing. Because, it's still takes 24 hours to flush out...OK so random urine testing is OK right? Now isn't that better than what we have now of you getting pissed test just once and you know it's after the fight?

      OK lets see it.

Wouldn't that be where random blood testing comes in?

Is this testing fail proof? No, absolutely not. Does it have loopholes and can you beat it? Yes, it's not perfect. Fact is nothing will be perfect. Cheaters would always be ahead of the testers...

However, is it beyond better than what we have now? Without a doubt it is. How can any fan say it's not?

What we have now is, you get ONE damn test, just ONE and you know that it's coming after the fight. That's it...And, that's in just some states in the U.S...Because, in some states in the U.S the don't even have a piss test without probable cause(Texas).

So to disagree that test isn't at the very least better than what we have now. It's F'ing ******ed. I'm sorry you have to be an idiot to believe that.
The ONLY thing random blood tests have over random urine tests is the detection of HGH in the blood, and the benefits of HGH for boxers is questionable.

random blood tests are indeed MUCH, MUCH better than a single urine test of which you know the schedule it will be taken.

but the same can be said of multiple RANDOM urine tests compared to a single urine test the date of which is known.

in short, there is actually little difference in random blood tests and urine tests benefits wise. however, not only are blood tests more expensive, there are risks involved since its an invasive procedure.

who said i was against better testing? in fact, i'm hoping the newer, safer tests like from sweat and hair samples would be perfected, since i heard traces of steroids and other drugs stay longer in the hair compared to blood.

and for the record, i WANT manny to take those random blood tests. i think they're useless and merely a bluff of floyd to avoid fighting manny and that manny made a serious mistake in not calling his bluff.

And blood testing has also caught many cheats the world over , the Olympics is most powerful sporting body in the world they dont implement this for no reason .
well if it was meant as a deterrent then it failed miserably since Conte and Co have been laughing their way to the bank for YEARS.

and as for the fear of being caught, MOSLEY was caught.

what was his punishment? getting a mega fight with BOTH floyd and Pac. (talk about winning the lottery twice!)

Conte was convicted of cheating, but now supervises the nutrition of world-class fighters.

Marquez's fitness trainer was a drug cheat snitch, but look at where he is now.

apparently getting caught cheating doesn't really get you into that much trouble. in fact, one can dare say that it can do wonders for your career!

                    WTF are you arguing about?

Whether random blood testing isn't better than random urine testing? Is that your argument?

OK fine I agree is not better than random urine testing.

The problem is that we don't have random urine testing right now.

We have one piss test that's after the fight. That's it and that's in some states. In others they won't even test you unless they have probable cause.

My question wasn't if random blood testing is better than random urine testing. My question is what is better random blood/urine testing(Floyd demand) for training camp or one damn piss test after the fight?
