What's with the Bute hate?

If he didn't fight johnson people would say he was ducking an old man. Kessler already flat ducked bute so he couldn't get that fight. Hopefully ward or dirrell don't duck him

I don't understand the hate neither... Froch fights Johnson a couple of months ago by MD, and it's a good win for Froch against such a warrior. Bute fights Johnson wins by shutout and now Johnson is shot and too old....

No one should be hating on this win, it's a good win that proves beyond any doubt what class of fighter Bute is, but he has to look at this as a missed opportunity. Glen was ripe for the taking, and looking every bit of 42. Would have been a great statement if he could have stopped him, and I think he could have if he pressed harder.

Still, I'm not going to take anything away from the win. Cannot wait to see the winner of Ward/Froch fight Bute, great fight.

Difference is that Froch has fought the toughest schedule in boxing. Johnson was more icing on the cake.

Whereas Bute has fought predominantly bums and Johnson represents his greatest test.
