The fight proved that Ishida is much much better than Cintron. We need to reward real performers, give another show for Ishida at HBO.

On another note, I disagree with anyone saying Angulo punched himself out.

Angulo is a pressure fighter. Do people know what pressure fighters do? They provide pressure and throw a lot of punches (i.e Margarito).

How the heck can you be a so called pressure fighter then people say you punched yourself out as an excuse. If you look at the 1st round after the knockdown, Angulo didn't start slowing down until Kirkland landed those 2 big uppercuts and overhand rights when Kirkland was backed in the corner. It was all down hill after that. Not to mention, Kirkland was whooping Angulo's ass before the knockdown.

Angulo thought Kirkland was finished not realizing that he only landed a flash knockdown and Kirkland was more stunned than anything.

....FINALLY!!! someone who saw the SAME **** I saw....a pressure fighter punching himself out is new to me!!

Watching the fight I thought the same thing(lol)neither JCC or Alvarez will fight Kirkland now..But they might not have a choice in the matter esp if the public starts to demand the fight happen..Alvarez is not that good anyway,I thought he was losing to Gomez before that bogus stoppage...

Although I've seen him do it to..It was never against a fighter at the same level as him or above..Which really makes a difference,not to mention Kirkland was going to the body..For some reason fighters who focus to the body never like being hit there..
