I agree with your post but I really don't think he ever recovered from the end of round 1. He was never down before and he was really hurt to be put on his ass

I'm sorry, but that was fight of the year regardless of meaning. Even better than Berto-Ortiz for me.... Props to both of those guys.

Since when has Angulo been all smiles, -Elo-? In every fight I see him he is serious. People making things up now. All I am saying is Angulo punched himself out and that's it. Angulo fans need to calm down with the special effects. Angulo punched himself out, and Kirkland had the conditioning to finish him off. Kirkland=better man. Better conditioning does count as part of being better.

I think Angulo beats Canelo if they fight in the next year...after that I think Canelo at that time would be more complete

Great fight. Let's be honest...Kirkl;and fought a good fight and has a lot of heart. That was the cleanest I've seen him fight as well.
Angulo shouldn't have taken the fight with the huge layoff then the half round fight. He also shouldnt have punched himself out.
Other than that good fight for fans. Wouldnt mind seeing a rematch or Berto VS Kirkland at 154.

yeah but a lot of it had to do with him being dead tired and throwing like a hundred punches and then what did him in was he stopped punching and kirland landed a perfect body shot he never recovered from

People who cant figure out what was wrong with Angulo in the first round....I am HERE TO HELP.

Its a condition known as "I landed my best shot, wore myself out, and then got BLASTED in the face and dropped"

Getting destroyed after letting a figher off the hook WILL in most cases make your fanbase say....what happened in that first round? He didnt look like himself.

lol. Thats cause he was on his rear end with a confused look on his face.

Great fight, cong**** to Kirkland. I thought Angulo would win, but respect to him for staying in there and never giving in.

right now at this point in time and the weight i don't think JMM would beat pac. He sure as hell clearly beat him the second fight around but again pacs name won him the fight JMM clearly outboxed him. this time i think Jmm would still show pacs flaws outbox him a couple of rounds but as the fight goes on the years will pile on JMM.

Now on to trainers like i clearly said beristan is not the type of trainer for a fighter like angulo do you even know he was a replacement trainer from angulos previous one?? for you to even say that or even try to diminish beristan as a trainer is pretty much ****** considering beristan is one of the top trainers.

On to the fight pretty much what lost angulo the fights it didn't have anything to do with beristan he had kirkland in serious trouble and he tried to get him out of there with everything he had if he saw he didn't go down again after 20 punches later he should of stopped and take a breather but he pretty much punched himself out beristan couldn't of done nothing on that it was all him. Remember beristan asking angulo for upper cuts where were they from angulo??? I mean if he did what beristan was asking and it wasn't working then i would understand but all this fight was all angulo not being smart.
