Mosley beat Mora and Clottey beat Cotto. So Pac's last 3 opponents are actually 3-0
In his last 3 fights Manny Pacquiao's opponents where 1-1-1 coming into the fight!

Why do Pac haters have to scrutinize with a magnifying glass every little detail in the hope of digging up dirt.
The names he fought are the biggest names in the sport, they fight the best so heaven forbid they may have one loss on their record.!!!! So what, they are still the biggest names, and the biggest names for a reason. So what that Cotto lost to margarito? Not anyone can just turn up in the ring and beat Cotto, let alone beat him like Pac did!!!! Floyd didnt fight Cotto so we dont know if Floyd could have survived 12 rounds with him. Thats floyds fault for not fighting him, if Floyd was more ambitious he might have forced cotto into fighting him.Comment

Yes it's a fact. Since his fight with Juan Diaz in June of 2008, Manny Pacquiao has not faced 1 opponent with coming off of a big win or with at least a 3 fight winning streak for that matter.
Here's the FACTS:
- Oscar De La Hoya: 1 fight winning streak vs. Steve Forbes after having been beat by Floyd Mayweather.
- Ricky Hatton: 2 fight winning streak after having been KO'd in 11 by Floyd.
- Miguel Cotto: 2 fight winning streak after having been brutally stopped by Margarito.
- Joshua Clottey: "0" fight win streak. Lost his previous fight by decision to Miguel Cotto.
- Antonio Margarito: 1 win streak vs. Roberto Garcia in Mexico in which he looked horrible. Previous to that he had been stopped by Shane Mosley 9 rounds.
- Shane Mosley: "0" fight win streak. Coming of a draw with Sergio Mora, and an 11 round to 1 beat down by Floyd Mayweather.
In his last 3 fights the "media's" P4P champ has fought Clottey coming off a LOSS, Margarito with a 1 fight winning streak, and Shane Mosley coming off a DRAW. Thats 1-1-1.
How is this justifiable for any boxer what so ever to even be considered among the p4p discussions?
Kinda like Floyd fighting Baldomir right I mean you argue Lineal but my argument is 12 losses going in and Judah who came off a loss I mean really if your trying to make an argument based off of Mannys opponents win and loss streak why not make the argument regarding where they were rated at the time?
Ahh cus if you do that it doesn look as bad as your trying to projectComment

Im not even hating on Manny. But numbers dont lie. The media can say what ever they want to say, but the numbers just dont change. 1-1-1 for a guy who's team and fans claim is the best p4p boxer on the planet and possibly one of the greatest of all times is just ridiculous. I dont get it.pacquiao = william hung of boxing. it's open season for every other boxer though.

Floyd gets absolutely no credit for beating bloated JMM and SSM, as SSM was old and only coming off a 2 win streak having lost to Cotto! So basically since his comeback from retirement he has done nothing to get any credit.Comment
