Juan Manuel Marquez (53-5-1, 39KOs) his issued a response to the recent comments that were made by strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza, and other members of Manny Pacquiao's team, regarding the controversial past of Marquez's conditioning coach Angel Hernandez, who years ago was heavly involved in the BALCO Lab steroid scandal and during legal hearings he disclosed his involvement in distributing banned substances to Olympic athletes. Marquez faces Pacquiao (53-3-2, 38KOs) for the WBO welterweight title on November 12th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
I cannot believe that for almost 2+ yrs., Floyd fans are still propagating and living in a lie. Pacquiao never said in any of his past or present interviews that he is scared of needles.
Ben Thompson, who some people accuse of being pro-Mayweather, wrote an article regarding the Mayweather/Pacquiao negotiation timeline. When he posted his article, he specifically noted that the first time this "scared of needles" allegation came out was on 12/23/09 and it was Lenard Ellerbee who started it. Floyd fans should be familiar with this guy. The article is still available at Fight****.com/archive posted 06/21/2011 although Ben Thompsons comments were deleted. I expect Floyd fans to do some research before commenting on something they know nothing about. They should wake up, open their eyes and face the truth eventhough it hurts.
Acutally it was Arum who started it after Mayweather asked for testing the first time and Konz and Roach confirmed it. Even before the Margarito fight Konz was still saying he was and I think hes still on that trip
you gonna answer those questions or are you gonna keep duckin them?
and no, mayweather needs to back up all his talk and fight the best instead of him and his team accusing people of being on "power pellets" or "a-side meth (lol wtf!!)"
Also, no one on team pac has raised eyebrows at jmm - read ariza's quotes yourself they have nothing to do with peds.
Freddie Roach said that he wanted to test Mosley and then when Mosley said "fine, then Pacquiao has to take the same tests too". Roach switched it to "Normal tests". If I'm wrong about Ariza and team Pacquiao saying something about Marquez, then my bad but Roach did speak on extra tests for Mosley.
Yeah but Team Pacquiao wanted to test shane and now their raising eyebrows at Marquez. So if you are upset at Mayweather for falsely accusing Pacquiao of steroid use, then why aren't you upset at Manny Pacquiao for doing it to Shane and now Marquez?
Link pleaseee....Link..!!
GRUSS...Victor Conte made those comments. And he's not part of Pacquiao's team!
