The thing is that Mayweather never accused Pacquiao of being on steroids , Mayweather asked Pacquiao to do a full random blood testing but Pacquiao refused and said that BLOOD TEST MAKE HIM WEAK + HE IS A AFRAID OF NEEDLES , 2 DIFFERENT EXCUSES , so basically Pacquiao did it to himself , keep crying dopey , blind , bumsniffing @ass ******* .
