Let's not forget Bute-Andrade 1

All this talk about Bute reminded me of the Andrade fight where he was clearly ko'd. The ref didn't want to stop it controversially at the last second ala Taylor-Chavez. That was the longest count ever. They may have fought 3 times if Andrade would have had that victory.

Doesn't matter what time he got up, he's being held up by the ropes and is in no shape to continue.

Any referee looks at the condition he's in and Richard Steele him. After 20-30 seconds between the knockdown and Byrd's stalling tactics, the man is still done. Librado just needs a few seconds to really devastate Bute.

We've seen fighters get stopped for being in a stronger condition than Bute. Meldrick Taylor for one.

Can't be saved by the bell...If a referee rules that Bute was fit to continue even tho he was leaning on the ropes just to stand, he is incompetent...

The ref was bad that night he kept a contender from being a world champion. Bute got lucky this was fought in Canada. Andrade should have won by tko that night.
