WBO junior welterweight champion Timothy Bradley has signed a promotional agreement with Top Rank, and plans to make his next ring appearance on the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard on November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. According to Bradley (27-0, 11KOs), he will face former champion Joel Casamayor (38-5-1, 22KOs) on the card. It will be Bradley's first fight since the January technical decision win over Devon Alexander.

“I’m just so happy. I don’t know what to say man. I’m so excited,” Bradley told The Desert Sun. “Wow. It’s unbelievable. It’s very unbelievable. Everything was looking down, looking down, and boom. Now everything is starting to look up.”

“Somebody’s gotta lose [between me and Casamayor] and it’s not going to be me. Like I said, he’s a worthy opponent, he’s a tough guy. I know people will say, 'why did you pick him?' I didn’t pick him; it’s what Top Rank gave me. That’s who they gave me and I’m getting ready for him.”

Bradley is still involved in a lawsuit with his former promoters, Gary Shaw and Thompson Boxing, who are suing the boxer for turning down a lucrative deal to face Amir Khan this past July.

“I’m not even worried about it. My lawyers are on it,” Bradley said. “This is my job, my livelihood and I’m contracted to fight. As far as the lawsuit goes, I’m not sure. All I know is my lawyers are on it, and they gave me the OK to fight.”

lawsuit or no lawsuit, it's not an argument of mine....all I said, is they should make the fight happen, and you can have the 60-40. How does this rile so many feathers? Aren't we boxing fans, after all?

Amir Khan needs to focus on Peterson. As long as Khan keeps bringing up Bradley's name he stays on people's minds. Bradley wanted to do a deal with the Devil and guess what he is getting what he deserves. When you are a boring headbutting machine that has a limited fan base you shouldn't blame your promoter instead look in the mirror. Bradley had it all. Shaw got him a 7 figuire deal to beat Alexander and then would have made double if he faced Khan. If he would have beat Khan hands down he gets a Floyd fight. Instead he is facing Cassamayor on a Manny undercard for peanuts.

To bad there isn't a betting line on a headbut during a Bradley fight.

Morales/Maidana 2 winner, Berto, JMM, Rios vs Khan next please.

It's funny that now that Bradley's promotional situation is sorted out, Khan is no longer on that 50-50 on everything tip. Absolutely nothing changed from the time he made that 'offer' until now, just a fight with Zab Judah maybe. Why not have whatever belt(s) they put up's rating organization do a purse bid. 55-45 or 60-40 in Khan's favor (with UK PPV the same) makes sense to me.

OR Khan can offer that same sweet deal he made when he knew Tim was embroiled in legal/promotional issues

        Either way, get it done.

Khan should have said he wants to be the only one with major promtion or no. Fight..
Why should he get the same deal?

          a) He REJECTED it
          b) He didnt deserve it in the first place
          c) Hes a biitch, biitches cant be choosers.

And you're dumb if you actually think this is more than just hot air from Bradley. Arum wouldnt put him in with Khan. That bum is just trying to save face due to all the criticism hes been receiving.

Why the **** did Bradley say July 23rd if he had issues? He was down with that date all the way to April and I even think May?

Khan told him this deal will not be offered again so take it.

Funny how Bradley can't fight with contract issues yet Cameron Dunkin said Bradley will fight Morales next week when he had contract issues.

Funny how Bradley will fiught Cassa with a lawsuit.

              LOL.

Instead Arum duped him into thinking he was going to get pacquiao after fighting a 40 year old shot career lightweight in Casamayor and now he isn't getting the oppertunity he has to run back to Khan. It's embarassing.
50/50 was not a good deal,it was connected to Shaw who Bradley was very vocal about not being happy with...

Oh and I will set it on the other way. Funny how Bradley extends a contract one month to the end of June but won't one more month for a one fight deal under Shaw?

Funny how he has issues which he created since Shaw was down with one last fight and offered Bradley more % of his pot than previously.

Funny how he doesn't fight Khan when Khan was down with it 100%
