Tony's co-manager was in the Cotto room and they sent someone to Tony's room he doesn't recall who but they were sent once Tony's manager got there.

To add to this Cotto team didn't send anyone because Margarito team didn't send anyone and out of respect they decided that and because the vegas athletic commision send their people. The problem is the people that were checking the wraps missed the plaster just like the people in LA did until ****m asked them to take the wraps off and do it again. that is when ****m noticed the plaster.

Nevada is totally difference than LA, they have hosted a number of huge fights, they watch every fighters hand wraps and are experienced. I am not saying it is 100 percent his gloves were not loaded but there is a huge and I mean a huge 99.9 percent chance that if his gloves were loaded, it would have been spotted by the Nevada official.

The reason Cotto lost that fight was because he fought the physical peak of tony, add that in with cottos POOR defence, Margo, broke cotto down. People forget, against shane mosley he lost 30 pounds in the last month to make the scales, then after that, he was incredibly drained like Oscar was vs pac at 145. He spent his whole camp trying to make the limit, against cotto, he spent his camp training his body

A prime Margo, the one that beat cotto, the one in the same condition, beats Mosley imo

Those are bs excuses and don't explain how garbage he has looked since the Cotto fight.

Mosley beats a Margarito without plaster 10 times out of 10 and Cotto beats a Margarito without plaster 10 times out of 10. Dude ain't nothing but a walking punching bag.

I'm quick to confess that I'd take Cotto's word over Tony's manager as well, but Eaner's a solid poster with inside knowledge (and I THINK he makes trunks/robes/gloves for fighters)...so, I wouldn't be surprised if what Eaner said is true. The guy's knowledgeable. Kinda' bummed if it were true, though. It'd mean that Cotto's making things up (the issue being that he DIDN'T send anyone to Tony's dressing room).
