LIke the count down clock, this proposal of a signed document would be in a sense of the samething. He was serious with that clock, he could be serious with the one single demand made by Mayweather...

Bob Arum is Barzini and Pac is Tattaglia in the Godfather sense of business because Arum pulls the strings from behind the scenes and Pac takes the hits. All in all, at this point the only way this fight will become reality is if both agree to all terms and sign the contract because your piece of paper could be as useless as the clock was.

1.) It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY that Pacquiao has all-of-a-sudden whole-heartedly agreed to a worse deal in regards to testing, than he has already publicly refused.

2.) What happened to Pacquiao's 8 ridiculous excuses, why are they no longer a problem?

3.) If Pacquiao has agreed to take the test, then why did USADA suddenly become corrupt?

4.) If Pacquiao has agreed to take the test, then why did they forget to tell Alex Ariza, who categorically denied it less than a month ago

floyd is in hybenating mode again after the ortiz fight and after his last stetement that he never say he will fight pac next. I think arum can not wait for floyd thus having alternative fight opponents for his cash cow after nov 12.

Ok, then how come Bob Arum was calling Floyd out when he semi retired and could not keep Mayweather's name out of their mouths when he was away but now Floyd is back all of a sudden he is not important enough to push into a fight? Wess, all Pac has to do is say to Mayweather's face that he wants to fight him. That to me would be better than signing a piece of paper unless it's the actual contract. There are so many ways Pac can do it but fact of the matter is that Bob handles all of Pac's business. Even the people working for Pac answers to Arum. All attention is on Pac and Floyd for years and the only thing that would make this fight officially on is if both sign the contract to fight each other. End of story.

Simple solution, Arum makes a media day out of Pac signing a document stating what he has said all along. Just like the count down clock but with Pac signing a document agreeing to the testing.

The media would have a field day and Floyd would have to respond as his one single demand was offically met and documented. He would have to go to the table at that point.
