Wiki says he won the Lineal in FOUR weight classes... not 2. Quote:

Winning the Lineal Title is more legitimate than winning an Alphabet Title like the IBF.

Why would you not consider that as a Title?

The IBO isn't a Major World Title. The Lineal Title is considered to be more legitimate then a 'Major' world title.
