I'd put it at third. . . Ali, Holmes, Wlad. . . Wladimir isn't as "vesatile" with his jab like holmes and ali, and not quite as fast, BUT it's BY FAR the most powerful jab of all time. . . HW division AND pound for pound. . . nobody has a battering ram of a jab like wlad. . .

quartey is close. . . winky had a powerful jab. . . but wladimir's is a legit power punch.
