and saying "I can fight at 150 pounds" to the press or whatever isn't reaching terms lol. so please don't use that as some sort of proof they are even talking directly for a possible matchup.
So Pac-Martinez are reaching terms of a possible bout..

...pending Bob Arum's approval..........................
who else could he fight though? Berto, ehh.....not overly appealing, Ortiz....a little better (imo) and more of a draw, but he'd catch unnecessary flack for it...so, who else? It really does appear like Mayweather vs Pacquiao could happen any time now (neither one of them has a "name" to face at welter).....or not.Comment

that's lots of baloney. roach had been calling out mayweather and where is he? yes, the best fighter in the world (wink, wink) is ducking the amateurish midget.
so no. this post of yours is nonsense when you think about the best fighter in the world is ducking the one-dimensional boxer from asia.
you need to come up with something that makes sense, homie.

Pac should take this fight. At 150 he would beat the ***** out of Sergio. Then all the *****s would say Serg was drained.

rumors. i wonder if both are reaching out to him though. at 154 he can beat both. unfairly weight drained to 150 and both floyd or pac beat a dead man walking.Comment

bob arum is interested in pac-man fighting senchenko in russia for alot of money and unifying the titles.....if he fights martinez at 150 it will be bull**** and people will say he drained another good fighter unless he fight him at 154...but thats sergio real weight limit 154 so i doubt it i see floyd wit more balls to challenge martinezComment

There are no Pac/Martinez negotiations. It means that someone from Martinbez's team has phoned someone from Pac's team.....that's it. They are not going to fight and there is no serious negotiation at all.
It's either typical Arum BS, which every single boxing fan should know about by now and immediately ignore without any thought of it being true. The guy is flat out a bald faced liar and too many people believe his ****e.
Or, as I said earlier, it's just that someone talked to someone else (neither of them important talks) and that's what is being called a negotiation.Comment

Well honestly, he would be drained at 150. He hasn't made 150 in over eight years. That's nearly a decade. He's 36 or something and has been fighting at 160 for over two years now. If he tried to make 150, which if it did happen would be about another year down the track, then he would be close to a full decade away from ever having made 150, and would have been fighting at 160 for three years. He would, without any doubt, be coming in drained.
It's also as simple as he hasn't made 150 since his mid-twenties. He's now in his mid-late thirties and a full blown, solid middleweight. 150 ain't happening and if it did, it would just show how low Arum, Roach and Pac would go to keep winning against name opponents and what they do to keep that W.Comment
