This fight can never happen at any other weight other than 150. Fans should settle for that if they want to see it. Sergio can't make 147 just as Pac can't even make 147 at a 150 CW, eg., Marg fight.

And just because Pac fought a fight at 150, he is suppose to fight at 150 from not on? He is campaigning at WW, so if he wants a fight he should become a WW. No WW should "have to" fight the MW champion

If this fight happens, and both of them are feeling it, it could be the fight of the year. Both are fast and both can crack. As good as Manny is, I'm not sure how he'd fare against a healthy Sergio... but I think action fans would be very happy!

I dont know if he wants it back but if two guys held the same belt recently then they should be able to fight. Hes trying to get anyone of the big names in the ring. He called out Pac, Mayweather, Marg, Cotto, Chavez, Canelo, anyone of the big names. I would love to see him fight a big name and get the kind of exposure he deserves.

I don't think he'd try to make 150 if there is no contract... Actually, he could try to make it, just in case...just to see if he'd be able to, safely. Marquez got Manny, so maybe so will Sergio. Very much a worthy pursuit. It isn't like it is even him actually chasing the guy down - he has people working for him for a reason.
