The second fight was not close at all, Ali dominated it, Frazier still seemed mentally ****ed from the Foreman defeat it seemed and wasn't all there at all where as Ali was in great shape and wanted his revenge.
The New York Times scored the bout 6-5-1 for Frazier as did others...
(I personally thought Ali won but at the time there were a good chunk of people that thought he lost again)
