I'm not saying that Sugar isn't more credible than me...What I'm saying is that Sugar isn't more credible than Rold, Cox, and Hascup...What I'm saying is that Sugar credibility is on the level of Silver who again by the way doesn't have Pac in the top 100 ATG last time I checked...What I'm saying is that you can't take Sugar word to the bank. Again he has Dempsey as an all time top 10 ATG not as a HW but P4P while at the same doesn't have Monzon in the top 50. And, he's the one you want to bring up?
Like LU said, Sugar had JMM winning both Pac fights you and I disagree with that no? You can't take what Sugar says with gospel...
If you going to mention historians name. That has followed the sport as long if not more so and has just as much if not more so resources than Sugar. Then name credible ones like Rold, Hascup, Cox etc etc...Not cartoonish characters like Sugar or even Silver for that matter.
However, I do respect Sugar...Even though this might come off as if I don't. But, there are much more knowledgeable historians out there. Some that I named. Some who have gotten the best of Sugar in debates.
Hell I will take the opinions of posters like TheGreatA, GJC, and NChristo over Sugar

What I'm telling you is that their facts and figures are wrong. They didn't do their research because they're ****ing idiots that don't know their history...They got one so-so journalist/writer Ben Thompson and that's it. Beyond him, the whole staff is crap.
Pac recorded weight gain is 39 pounds.
Duran had 46 pound weight gain(actually weighed in higher, but 166 was his last win of note).
Archie Moore had a 45+ pound weight gain.
Sam Langford 47 pound weight gain.
And, there's others.
Only great fighters have done this. What Pac is doing is incredible...That's why it's hard to not rank him amongst ATG's...You have to be the biggest hatter not to rank him. That's why he's an elite P4P fighter. You have to be the biggest hater not to have him there. I don't care how good Rigendaux, Gamboa, Donaire, etc etc are...They can't compete at WW against even against the opponents that Pac has...For Pac to be able to do it. Show's how amazing he is...Now does he get overrated? Of course. But, everyone does. It depends on who's doing the rating.Comment

I was a Floyd hater for many years...then I just gave up on hoping for him to lose...I really like Pacquiao as a fighter, I just see his Filipino fanbase actually believing he is a super hero and realize how naive it is...Philippines is the 9th largest country on earth, and they have just begun becoming technologically enabled over the last 6-7 years...I like Pacquiao as a man, an icon, and as a role model...but his fanbase is literally dumb as bricks and couldn't give a *** about boxing...Comment

Unless you were actually present at the negotiaions, you dont know for sure what went on, or what was agreed, or the actual context of that/those meetings.
