Bob's right. He knows that Mayweather never could fight going backwards. Pac would make him back peddle all night (3 rds.) before the knockout. Look at what Victor did to him when he applied pressure, very effective. But the head butt stopped everything. Victor would have won that fight.

To be a boxer is also Mayweather's choice but to be a boxer and a coward is insane. If you chose to be a boxer you should always be ready to fight anybody in your division. You are not suppose to make your own rules because there is a sports commission that makes the rules and all boxers are fighting under the same rules. In Floyd Mayweather Jr.'s case it is very clear that he is just throwing roadblocks to duck the best fighters in his division. Mayweather avoided Miguel Cotto, Antonio Margarito, Joshua Clottey and a rematch with Oscar Dela Hoya by going into retirement. Right after everything cleared up he came back to fight Juan Manuel Marquez. When chicken Floyd fought JMM...he cheated and came in overweight and just paid the penalty. Floyd won't ever fight a fighter who will give him a good fight or he will do anything to win a fight. We saw what he did to Ortiz not too long ago. Chicken Floyd showed the world how dirty he can be...no sportsmanship at all. Arum is telling the truth when he said the Manny Pacquiao/Mayweather fight will never happen. The Mayweather camp will not run out of excuses. I won't be surprise if chicken Floyd will ask Manny Pacquiao to fight him with no pants.:*******:

I agree, in the past though, when Floyd has wanted to duck people he would just retire if the pressure to fight got too much. Sometimes he would hide in another weight division to avoid confrontation with a fighter.
So if hes scared of Pac he should do what he normally does, just retire or move up to the 154 division. Pac could easily try avoid Floyd by dropping down to 140 and its a credit to Pac that he continues to campaign at 147 in the hope of getting floyd in the ring.

This time Floyd is trying a different tactic by requesting OSDT to see how effective this avoidance tactic is.
