A truly great fighter leaves more answers than questions, but Pacquiao has left more questions than answers. Questions like.....

    * Could Pac have beaten Zahir Raheem, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten JMM in a rematch at 130, cuz he didnt want none?

    * Could Pac have beaten a top lightweight, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a top jww, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a prime Hoya, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten Hoya at 154, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a prime Cotto, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten Cotto at 147, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a prime Margarito, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten Margarito at 154, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten Margarito with 10oz gloves, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a Clottey that fought back, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a genuine jmw, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a prime Mosley, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac have beaten a past-prime Mosley when he first had the chance back when Shane was ranked the #1 welter, cuz he didnt want none?

    * Could Pac have beaten Ortiz (a guy who laid hands on him in sparring - Roach named that session as "the best sparring ever", a guy who beat a fighter who Arum admitted was on Pac's own shortlist, and a guy who was ranked higher than any welter Pac has ever fought), cuz he didnt want none?

    * Could Pac beat JMM now at 140 (Pac's best weight, according to Manny), cuz he will not allow that to happen, 145lbs (a weight that Manny has never made himself ) was the deal-breaker? *** me, that is absurd.

    * Could Pac have beaten Martinez for that vacant WBC title, cuz he didnt?

    * Could Pac beat Martinez at 150 now ("I will fight anyone at 150" ~ Manny Pacquiao), cuz he dont want none? Pac? Manny? Where'd that guy go?

    * Could Pac beat Mayweather, cuz he hasnt?

    * Could Pac pass Olympic Style Drug Testing, cuz he dont want none?

Jeez dude, that is one helluva shopping list full of unanswered questions about a supposedly great fighter

I mean, that list is not complete either, **** we can go right back to fly, could Pac have beaten Too Sharp? Why didnt that fight happen, just like at lw, jww, and welter?

    WTF ?

Surely that cant be right, because Pacquiao certainly had not achieved traditional greatness before the highly controversial win/loss to Marquez?

Many fighters achieved greatness by fighting under the old divisional system, back when there was only one champion, using same day weigh-in's, and they did it by fighting as the smaller man..... Pacquiao has certainly never done anything like that.

Are you sure that you arent just drinking the kool-aid dude ?

Justify that rubbish to me fanboy, and lets see if your bold claim that you are extremely "knowledgeable" will stand up to a little test.
raheem lost before he could gain the right to fight pacquiao.pac was going up 2 weight div to fight hoya and he got owned.pissdrinker demanded too much money only to get owned by chris john for 50 k. marinez would get owned too if he's serious about fitging pac at reasonble weight. they dont call pac the best fighter on this generartion for nothin.

He not a fool when it comes to boxing, he knows that Manny has one punch knockout, that why he wouldnt engage with him like he did with Ortiz and Mosley. Pot-shot and clinch to a win. As great as the Pacman is, its been a while since he fought a technical fighter.
Name one fighter than Manny has knocked out with one punch.

Hatton .. who was leaping in?

      Think about it.

Pacquiao has hit many fighters with his best shot and hasn't knocked them down let alone out.

You should really rethink your stance.

Pac fought Morales coming off a loss. Pacquiao should have fought Raheem. Don't be foolish. Granted, Raheem didn't last at the top long, but he was most certainly at the top when Pacquiao decided to fight Morales instead. That, my friend, is called ducking at its finest. Pac don't do "slick".

Pac made DLH sweat down to a weight that DLH hadn't competed at in 7 years. There was nothing special about that fight. It was supposed to be David vs Goliath. It was more like hype vs greed. Pacquiao was supposed to be matching Mayweather's feat, but they conveniently left out the fact that DLH came in 20lbs lighter against Pacquiao. Typical Pacquiao tactic.

Marquez didn't demand too much money. Pacquiao got his ass outboxed and Arum knew that a third fight might jeopardize his plans to hype Manny up. Marquez had given Manny the best beating since Morales. Pac don't do skills.

Martinez at 154 should be fine for Pacquiao as he claims that he is a titlist at that weight. Reasonable? Reasonable is 154! There is no glory in catchweights. Yet Pacquiao's entire legacy is built off of catchweight fights. LOL@Martinez at 147 being reasonable.

You clearly have feelings invested here as you are writing things that even you must realize are ridiculous. Have some integrity. Its a boxing match, not your Daddy.

          *Dr Evil pinky to mouth*

          Or is it?

          • Pacquiao is a southpaw but Mayweather is scared of his right hand

Mayweather never been knocked out or knocked down but Mayweather has no chin

Oh .... we are going by the lower weights. Why not check out Floyd's KO ratio at lower weights. Floyd has KO'd MUCH BETTER competition than Pacquiao has at lower weights.

Then again, everyone you named were club fighters from Southeast Asia during Pacquiao's "Paddin' the record in the motherland" years.

                • I found Pacquiao's whole resume :

                  Cotto = Catchweight fight

                  Margarito = Catchweight fight

De La Hoya = Weight drained

Erik Morales Rematches = Weight Drained

                  Clottey = Nobody

Hatton = Lost his undefeated record against Mayweather

Mosley = Mosley was 39 years old and Mayweather beat him

Marquez III = Cheating on the weight again and Marquez is 38 years old

And some people believe that he ducked Joan Guzman,Juan Diaz and Nate Campbell.

Juan Diaz to take on an easier opponent like David Diaz.

                    Ok let's be specific:

The point was that a poster commented that Floyd would not engage Pacquiao because of Pacquiao's one punch KO power. It was quoted in my post that YOU replied to.

Now you are taking the debate out of context by citing Pacquiao's power back at lower weights.

Pacquiao isn't knocking ANYONE out with one punch. Mosley has more power than Pacquiao and Floyd took his best shot twice in one round CLEAN.

Floyd walked Mosley down. Floyd walked Ortiz down. LOL .. he's going to run from Pacquiao? Why would he? Pacquiao would need the room to work, not Floyd. Floyd is a genius in the pocket. Pacquiao has little success inside.

That was the point of all this.
