So a guy that gets in a ring and risks his life is a coward? then what does that make someone who sits on their a*s, watches people fight? but doesn't do so their self?
every boxer, amateur or pro, regardless of record or skill deserves respect for even daring to step in the ring. I agree with the others, never call any boxer a coward.
risk his life? SMH! the reason why he asked for OSDT to fight pac is he is scared to be killed
People dont like his stubborness and pretending not to care what people think about him. People call him a ducker in the hope his response will be to sign the contracts, yet people calling him ducker dont seem to have the desired effect of making him put pen to paper.
He makes out he dont care what people say about him, but didnt he cry after a win because he felt underappreciated?
well said....
floyd reaps what he sow....
he is a great fighter, no doubt about that...
but he could and would still be at a higher level if he stop thinking his legacy rests alone on his 0....
fans would not take it against him if he lose to other great fighters..and surely will give him his due credit win or lose...
he just has to show he is willing to take the real test.... fighting the best..
I have never read just such hate before. Im sitting here fairly reading and i can't understand for the life of me why would anyone not like a fighter who has the best talent in the world.
its more his fans then the man himself but lately Floyd has been acting like his fans do as well.
Go to youtube and check out boxingwasp3 this cat makes videos and promotes racism and most of his fans are like that, read some of the comments on his videos its disgusting the way Floyd fans act and the majority of them do act that way
People do not like Floyd because he acts like a douche. He talks **** and he shows off things on camera that most of us want but will never own (house, cars, superstarlifestyle). Has much as I hate to say it their is a bit of racism involved. Floyd is a black man, black people shouldn't have more success then me? Black guy drives a truck with rims, everyone shakes their head. White guy owns a yacht, nobody care... Why, they are both ways of showing that they have more money then you. It isn't enough anymore to say "Hey Floyd is a big jerk!" so they attack his trait which is, boxing. Since you can hurt Floyd's feelings you attack what his profession is and you pump up who ever might be a threat(Pacquiao). Pacquiao buys a Ferrari, nobody cares. Pacquiao has a big ass house, no body cares. Again those are both ways of showing you that Pacquiao has more money then you, yet no body cares.
In the end it's just personal. I really REALLY doubt it has anything to do with the way he boxes.
He has incredible talent that has mostly been wasted on subpar opposition while the best opposition has has repeatedly called Floyd out and been ignored and fought each other instead. He spends more time in the courtroom than he does in the ring. He curses the elderly, beats women, doesnt pay his taxes, runs with lowlife scum, is involved with trash that shoot at people in nightclubs, and thinks he is far greater than he ever was. Now I know his fans are going to accuse me of "hating", but let me make this clear. It is like the chicken or the egg. I dont make accusations about people because I dont like them, I was led by Floyd himself to dislike him because of his actions. I didnt always dislike Floyd, but he has proved that he will never grow up, never stop acting like a punk, never step up to the biggest challenges for the challenge itself, it is only about money, he has no class, the only thing he does have is incredible natural abilitly that he has mostly wasted.
Does anyone think he acts like a douche because he feels underappreciated?
Yes, I did consider that, but came to the conclusion that he acts like a douche because he IS a douche. I actually used to pull for Floyd, up until he dodged Hatton at 140 and the fact that he IS a douche became more readily apparent. Many people I know feel the same way, he has cost himself many fans by being a douche.
