weh? Whatever, Martinez is big and you can't deny that.

He is about the same size as Margarito. Martinez can make 154 easy, and maybe even lower.

Martinez has Team Pacquiao shook, just like Mosley had em shook back in 2009.

I've never recalled a P4P fighter calling out another fighter 2 divisions below them. And the smaller guy getting called "scared" if he doesnt want the fight.

that is so lame...and this is getting old. Pac is not afraid of other boxers in the ring as long as they are the same size as he is or smaller.

It's also not a good fight for Martinez. If he beats Pac at a catchweight no serious people will give him the credit for doing so.

So it's a lose/lose proposition for both guys.

Sergio should move up to 168 and fight the likes of Bute. And if he doesnt, personally i would also understand since he might be too small.

I bet you Pacquiao would jump all over the offer to fight Julio Cesar Chavez Jr at 150.

It's a style thing. Not weight or size. And JCCJr is big, he's tall at 6 feet..but he sucks and his style is tailor made for Pacquiao. Pac would fight that dude even at 155 and just come in light. He would have a field day with Junior at any weight class. Jr has no power, doesn't move, slow handspeed, no defense. Terrible fighter, perfect for Pacquiao.

Now tell me no...say no, go ahead. Tell me Pacquiao would no jump at the chance of fighting Jr in the 150's. He'd even fight Peter Manfredo Jr if he beats JC. Peter is so whack though, Pac would let him come in at 160.

          Stop talking about size.

            I dont think he would.

Pac was offered someone similar...Yuri Foreman and Pac didnt jump on fighting him either.

He is interested in fighting people below 150 pounds being a small welterweight himself.

Cause Yuri Foreman was undefeated and had yet to look bad in a fight. Has no power, but showed he can box and move around, a style Pacquiao is not comfortable with. I bet he was kicking himself after he saw Cotto and now Wolak beat him. He coulda taken his 0 if he had the balls.

Lol and he said Foreman is "too tall". Then he went on to fight Margarito who's almost 6 feet.

So I guess it's perfectly fine that Pac went to challenge for a welterweight title, at 145. He wanted to fight a bigger man for a title, so the bigger man should've been allowed to weigh 147. It's a major double standard and you're one of the guys that make excuses for these kinds of plays. Pac just basically told him 'I'm not going to fight you unless you make the weight I want you to make. That's kind of like the same thing people accuse Floyd of doing with the random tests. Asking a middleweight to come down 2 divisions is pathetic. Martinez only asked to fight Manny Pacquiao at a weight that he already fought at. It's not like he's asking Manny to do something that he hasn't already done. It's an excuse and Manny's scared. Martinez isn't too big, he's too good.

It's good to see that I'm not the only one paying attention. Margarito is taller than Foreman. Foreman is 5 10 and 1/2, Marg is 5 11. It's just like you said homie. Foreman's style does not cater to what Pacquiao likes to deal with. They didn't want to fight an undefeated champion for a legit title because he had fast hands and fast wheels. One who didn't have knockout power. Yet they want me to believe that they are chasing Floyd Mayweather? Not in your life. Whatever's said, is just that, what's said. I judge by actions and they wanted no part of Yuri Foreman. They closest they got to fighting him was watching the fight from the stands. Coward.

a big fighter is a big fighter. They tried Margarito, they won but Pacquiao got hurt really bad. So he won't risk anymore.

You want Pacquiao? then go down to 147. End of story.

Why is this thread still going?

Pacquiao already beat Martinez's daddy aka Margarito.

Also quit ducking and dodging Pirog who just offered you triple your highest payday when you couldn't even sell out a tiny arena where tickets were free if you bought a large coke.
