If Pacquiao can make his weight until 154 he will definitely fight him at 154. But the reality is he can't. In the Margarito fight which is supposedly to take place at 150, Pacquiao only weighed 144. That 6 lbs lighter than the weight limit. There is a limitation to everything. He can't climb to the division of Martinez.

So the only way to make this fight is for Martinez to go down 147. Take it or leave it. Go to Pacquiao's territory if you want a big payday.

147 is just too light for 36 year old 5'10 maritez. Anyway it's a ****** match up, pac is a tiny 147er and martinez is like a perfect MW.

If anything, martinez should move up to 168 and fight froch, bute, ward dirrell etc
