Pac doesn't need Martinez. Martinez needs Pac.

And Martinez is a ducker and dodger. He doesn't deserve a career payday.

He would get at most $5 million from fighting Pac yet he just turned down $3 mill to fight Pirog at his own weight class. That makes no sense and its called ducking and dodgeing.

not to mention he brings nothing to the table for Pac. He couldn't sell out a tiny arena where the tickets were free if you buy a pair of socks at some sporting goods company. He would be lucky to make $3 mill fighting Pac and he would weigh close to 20 pounds more than him when they get into the ring.

        Good post bro. Green K.

You compare both resumes and if anyone needs someone credible in theirs it is Mayweather. Pac has fought the top fighters and destroyed them his legacy is sealed. Mayweather...... ducked the best fighters for 5 years, gets clowned by the media and is not seen anywhere near Mannys level.

Pacquiao is already regarded as the greatest of this generation.

Pacquiao or Floyd fighting Martinez at WW is as good as Martinez fighting Pacquiao or Floyd at 150 or above!!

The dude is a MW trying to fight WWs

Im sick and tire of *****s and Pactrs accusing Pacquiao and Floyd of ducking this guy.

They are simply small WWs, Martinez is a MW, fight MW and let WWs fight WWs

Exactly. Come on dude martinez is 5'10 and like 170lbs on fight day, quit picking on those little WW's and beat up JCC jr or just move to SMW where the real talent is at

****, if I was pac or floyd I wouldn;t fight martinez either. We have weight classes in boxing for a reason.

Considering that it's Martinez who called out Pac, it would make sense. BUT, since Martinez obviously can't make 147 anymore, it's ridiculous.

Yeah martinez is what 36 or 37? Good luck making 147 at that age.

Move to SMW please or fight abraham at MW

What about Clottey & margarito? You mean to tell me they sell out every where they fight? Martinez and Floyd are the 2 toughest fights for Pacquiao out there. I'm not talking about $$$ here, I'm talking about boxing. I can care less who brings what to the table, as a fan I want the best to fight the best.

Whats wrong with Martinez coming in 20 lbs heavier into the ring? Manny just said he'd fight at 147 if Sergio was to come down, so I'm sure manny doesnt mind him coming in at 165-175 lbs on fight night. Or will there be a max weight contract on that too?

It just his way of saying he won't fight him. Which is fine, it's not a duck either.

Pirog. $3 million. No need to go midget hunting, you're not going to catch any. And you can eat all you want, stay at 160.

                      Problem solved.
