I was watching Toney-Nunn yesterday, and it was ridiculous how the commentators were seemingly oblivious to the way Toney was breaking Nunn down and setting him up for that knockout. I don't think they said anything positive until the knockout happened.

Yeah I saw that version of that fight before I think they were Iowa based analysts who were slurping on their hometown star. The TVKO version wasnt so bad.

hear say from somebody who has nothing much to say. I fought out of the Michigan/Detroit area and fought out of the Galaxy stable with James. I refereed after I finished fighting and know the area and it's combatants very well. James was busted but who are all of these other fighters who are juicing. Find me even 1 or 2 to back your story or shut the **** up........Rockin'

Wow that was a brutal beatdown by Toney. Barkley left himself so open the whole fight, he made him look like an aggressive version of Floyd Mayweather. That was a good performance no doubt; Toney was in his prime, his punches and technique were superb; and his endurance and workrate were stellar...

James always had trouble with weight when he was fighting middle/super middle. After every fight he would balloon up and then come into train months before the fight with the plastic suits on and wear them through the whole camp. I don't know how he ever did it but he would make weight. James insisted that the Galaxy gym be a steam bath, the first thing that we did when entering the gym was making sure that the thermostat was all the way up.

The weight issues are one thing that definately hurt him. There are other things that I believe hurt him aswell. But he'll have to tell the story if it's ever to be heard..........Rockin'

He was busted 2x against Booker and Ruiz. I suspect he was using for his Jirov fight too.
