Once again I think a pac opponent is looking at the wrong part of Pacs game to beat him at. Yeah he needs to be stronger than he normally is at 130/135 but what he really should be focusing on is the best foot and hand speed he can bring to the ring. Pac is used to fighting bigger, much slower guys now and he himself has slowed down. If Marquez can bring in an element of surprise, speed, it raises his chances greatly. I also have to say that not everyone can be ripped nor does it necessarily indicate more strength. Marquez really is a guy who should be fighting at 130 pounds, not sure if he can truly carry 143 at weigh in with a ripped physique without sacrificing his speed.Comment

If it gives Marquez more confidence and makes him feel better, for specialists to guide him, then good for him but I still see him losing regardless. WW is not for him.
How many times are we gonna get tricked with the "I wasn't ready then, but I am ready now" excuse? So many fighters use it, whether it's because they had the "wrong" trainer, they fought the wrong style, this is nothing like that, this is a weight issue that Marquez no matter how great he is, can't overcome. I bet you he's training harder to gain the right weight and be in shape, than actually training to fight Pacquiao. And that's always a problem. You gotta be 100% training to fight your opponent. The weight comes off with training, sparring, roadwork. Not all these scientific methods and talking to specialists. Hopefully i'm wrong but i'm positive Marquez is training harder to bulk up than actual training for a fight, and he's gonna lose.Comment

Those two fights could have gone either way. In the first fight, JMM dominated most of the rounds and the only thing that saved Manny was the 3 knockdowns in the first round. The second fight was more competitive and again, Manny benefited from a knockdown and it won him the fight.Comment

I've been telling everyone. This is by far his best training camp of his entire career. They are both going to bring it and it will turn out to be a classic fight. I cannot wait for this fight. It'll be war. Marquez will also showcase his new WW power so that will be interesting to watch.Comment
