Well Mayweather can beat Pacquiao without ever fighting him, really easy too, Mayweather-Martinez for the MW title. Win or lose, Mayweather is greater all time.

    Boner.

you tell how bias the thread is going to be by who wrote it. this clown labate is one of team pacquiao's main fluffers, which gives him zero credibility.

If this is the case, Pac should be fighting JMM at 135 right???

This is what I thought as well, if Sergio was serious, he should have already made his way down and could have parked himself at 154 while baiting FLoyd or Manny into a fight.

When Sergio was given a choice to keep his WBC JMW and MW belts, he should have held on to his JMW belt.
He already have his lineal belt at MW and after he defended it at 157 against Williams, he should have went down to 154 after.
His next bout after Williams was Dzinziruk, who is a 154 fighter, so that would have been fine.
If Sergio kept his WBC JMW belt, Pac vs Margo at 150 wouldn't have happened (fight would have been at 147).

What Pac said (make 147) is fine, is not like he is a career welter anyways.
Welterweight is his last stop in his career and doesn't cut weight at all to not even make the high end of the limit.

Also your value will not necessarily go up if you get the big fight. Nobody who has lost to Pac recently has seen their stock go up. Why? because they lost (Cotto, Hatton, Clottey, etc...) Sergio has a better chance of beating the 3 guys I mentioned than going down to 150, getting the fight w/ PAc, and then actually beating him
              because those guys ******..

I'm amazed, so many idiots here! Their argument soley based on Pac fought Margarito for JMW title.. But they forgot that this was a fight between WW vs. JMW for JMW title! Pac never been weighed within JMW, I repeat, never been in JMW in tems of weight even when he fought Margarito! In fact, Pac is a small WW because he could not even reached the full limit of WW even during fight night, and of his admittance after the Margarito fight, he was hurt because of weight disparity, prompting him to sticked fighting within range of his weight division, at WW! Pac tried fighting big guy at JMW even his weight was way far below the minimum of JMW.. and this is an act of a real champ! In contrast, Martinez, a big MW champ challenging to fight the smaller guy into a weight that he could not attain is an act of unbecoming a real champ! Fight your own size, or challenge big guys at SMW and let us see if you could equal to the real champ accomplishment! Ooops, don't argue that Pac will fight JMM in WW, because it was JMM who challenged Pac at WW for money, not the other way around.

great point ,the hypocrisy of pac and his followers on this site are appalling, martinez isnt washed up nor is he coming off a loss automatically disqualifying him as a potential opponent, I dont see the greatness in pac everyone else sees to me building up a record and legacy of cheap wins against fighters incapacitaded in one form of another, from weight,to age to coming off brutal losses doesnt deserve mention alongside goat fighters whom did the exact opposite of what pac does face the true challenges where you have a more than 50% chance of losing, pac doesnt do that yet he gets credit as if he does I just dont see the greatness and I dont get it.its amazing what a little speed will do it blinds people.

but manny can.. he just said in a video he can make 135 easily.. because he really is a 140 lb fighter. but chooses to duck all competition he hasn't gought one legitimate 140 guy or 147 his whole career.. a total joke..
