Was Ortiz doing so badly in the first three rounds that landing four or five clean, meaningful punches in the fourth compared to Floyd's fifteen or so clean, meaningful punches had people giving him the round?

Getting dominated for two and a half minutes and having thirty seconds where you throw two separate combinations does not win rounds.
