If Marquez beats Pacquiao, will you still be interested in Mayweather-Pacquiao?

As for your question. No. Let's forget about Floyd/Pac if Pac loses
    to JMM.

A better matchup would then be Martinez/Floyd. And it should be made
    asap.

    Just to expand on that.

Ali had trouble with and also lost to Frazier and Ken Norton.
    Foreman KOed those BOTH easily!

Did anyone want to see Ali versus Foreman?

Imagine people saying that nobody wanted to see that fight because Ali struggled and even lost to both Frazier and Norton?

Depending on how Manny would lose, I'm sure the hype that we have now wouldn't be what it is now but you just never know in boxing .....

As for Floyd landing so many punches. Shame he couldnt knock JMM down having landed so many punches. And i suppose its easier to land punches on someone who is bloated. Im suprised Floyd didnt land more than Pac.

      floyd couldn't knock down Marquez

Floyd landing more punches with less thrown on Marquez has nothing to do with anything. Those are different style matchups in different weightclasses. I can counter this thread and use Ricky Hatton in comparison and say "look how many rounds it took Floyd to KO a Ricky hatton and look at how many rounds it took Pacquiao." ..but I'm not. At the end of the day, its pointless.
If Pacquiao losses, yes it will hurt a slight bit the excitement behind the fight but its still a fight I want to see. Pacquiao losing to Marquez doesnt mean I'm going to give Floyd credit for it.

The shame is that, like usual, you don't know what you're talking about.
