Maybe they would, maybe they wouldn't. It's certainly not a FACT. But I am inclined to believe they would beat most of the top contenders from other era's.

Im not tying to hide my agenda, friend. In fact I'll come right out and tell you that Im posting these threads to show just how terrible todays heavyweight division is. I see the same posters voting for todays fighters but none of them want to explain their choices why. I have no illusions about Bute

he's a very talented fighter, he just hasn't beat an elite fighter yet

the skills are there nevertheless

when you blow out the water your opposition like he does, even if he is not fighting the best of his division, that tells something about what he can do

he stops people in 3 or 4 rounds when these guys have gone the distance with the likes of Ward and Froch

he gets much too much hate on here by people like you
