    You don't think?

Mayweather is a small to average sized WW.

At 154 he would be completely and utterly out of his element.

I don't think he could handle an elite, one of the greatest Jr Middleweight's he's just so far out of his element.

I'm going to go out on a limb & say that he meant in the weight class that he was campaining in. & welterweight. Late 90's mid to late 90's there were fighters like Oscar,Tito, bazooka Ike, & the legendary Sweet pea around 147. I agree with Norris entirely that Floyd & Pacman would absolutely not be welterweight champions if those guys were their prime, or close to it.

This coming from china-chinned Terry Norris whose biggest feat was beating an aged Ray Leonard.

        Puh-lease.

I was also hoping Norris would mention Julian Jackson's name, he was really scared to fight fearsome punchers.

One of my favorite fighters growing up.

Good to hear from Terrible Terry. At 154 he'd KTFO Floyd and give Pac hell at 147, and it's hard to tell who'll win.

He was on point on how to beat Floyd, though not easy.

LOL like Hugh said, that's like describing Manny.

Both Mayweather and Pacquaio easily win titles in the 90's. Easily.

Hell, Mayweather won titles in the 90's.
They both won titles in the 90s.

Norris is one fighter who shows obvious signs of boxers dementia. He thickly slurs his words and clearly lives in the past. I liked Norris a lot as a fighter but I don't right now think he is giving quality analysis.
