I'm going to go out on a limb & say that he meant in the weight class that he was campaining in. & welterweight. Late 90's mid to late 90's there were fighters like Oscar,Tito, bazooka Ike, & the legendary Sweet pea around 147. I agree with Norris entirely that Floyd & Pacman would absolutely not be welterweight champions if those guys were their prime, or close to it.Comment

This coming from china-chinned Terry Norris whose biggest feat was beating an aged Ray Leonard.
Puh-lease.Comment

I’m surprised he mentions regrets about not fighting DLH and not mentioning Trinidad’s name.
Tito and Norris were suppose to scrap but there were so many rumors between contract disputes with Don King and other rumors that we never got the truth to why these two never squared off. A fight between Tito and Norris prime for prime would have been epic.Comment

One of my favorite fighters growing up.
Good to hear from Terrible Terry. At 154 he'd KTFO Floyd and give Pac hell at 147, and it's hard to tell who'll win.
He was on point on how to beat Floyd, though not easy.
LOL like Hugh said, that's like describing Manny.Comment
