    Stamina? For what?

Like I told you already running at a steady pace is an aerobic activity, which builds up stamina for other aerobic activities. Boxing is an anaerobic activity so steady paced running will not build up stamina for boxing.

Sprints are more beneficial but more could be done rather then only sprints.

It's all relative to size. If your 5'11" and have twig legs. Your gonna have poor balance if your upper body is stacked with muscle.

Perfect example of a boxer with a balanced body: Sergio Martinez.

His upper body and lower body are balanced in terms of size.

Ts its really about genetics, if the boxer didn't have big legs to begin with there's only so much training that can be done. You're also ignoring a factor, big legs don't always equal strength. There are fat people with ridiculous looking calves but weak as **** 9 times out of 10. While someone with average looking legs will have very strong legs but you wouldn't know it from the appearance. So do boxers have tiny legs most of the time? Some do, but their legs probably weren't big in the first place, it doesn't always mean their legs are weak. And it is a weight thing, some people naturally carry more weight in their legs.

Becuz they spend the majority of their lives training their upper bodies... I'm sure they do general strength training with their legs, but I bet none actually do any real concentrated weight training. Or even just general concentration training... That's what builds muscle

Yeah, I think Martinez has proportionately better legs than most boxers because of his involvement in soccer and cycling before he started boxing.

Of course it's also as simple as just having the right genes.
