Asians have thicker calves which serve an evolutionary purpose for being shorter.

Look at South Koreans for example

running long miles of road work seems to be an established tradition in boxing

it's crazy you even see amateurs who only fight 3 or 4 rounds running 6 miles a day

Koreans aren't that short compared to other Asians. Actually I think they are the tallest.

top heavy fighters appear to be prone to falling on their asses

Ortiz isn't too hard to put on the ground

            Berto isn't either

            Marquez isn't either

To be honest, I dont get your point at all?

should they have legs like bodybuilders have? or whats your point lol?

fighters are able to box and move around for 12 rounds. you say their legs tiny?

also, every one has different body, metabolism, diff training and routins.

i'd like to hear TS opinion. I guess boxers should be able to squad and lift big weights huh?

                  Technique also is key,
You can have a big guy throw a baseball that doesn't go far in distance and a smaller guy with technique throw the ball further.
Weight will help but if you're not utilizing proper technique an using the weight you won't get power.

Manny would be David Tua if he was a heavyweight. It's all in the genes.

Also boxing trunks are longer than in other fighting sports so all you see is the shin bones but if you watch weigh in pictures you'll see that a lot of boxers have very muscular thighs, you just don't see them when they fight.
