Is the HW devision really poor? or are K2 exceptional?

People always say how bad the HW division is with No talent since Lennox retired,
but isnt it a bit too much of a coincidence that this is the period where K2 started dominating?

sure the Klits are boring to watch fight but we must admit are very effective.

I am coming to think the HW division hasnt changed that drastically since the late 90s / early 00s talent-wise and its just the fact K2 are seriously dominating all HW contenders

I do feel there height / size does play a part in this, but not that significantly

    Anyone agree / disagree ? why ?

its both. both bros would do well in any era of heavyweights. with that said, there are ppl out there who would have beaten them.

but how do we determine what a poor HW division is when there are 2 very dominant HWs?

would prime Tyson really beat a current Wlad/VK ?
i dont see how he or any of the other prime 90s HWs could take them out

Everything is relative to the competition

For all we know Tyson/Holyfield/Marciano etc could just be average boxers in comparison to K2

            - by the way im not a K2 fan, was supporting Haye when he got dominated

the heavyweeight division wasnt that good in the 90s either

with that said, lennox lewis, rid**** bowe, evander holyfield would have been rite in the mix with the k bros if they were active now. no doubt about it

Exceptional!! Thing is that you have 2 brothers dominating instead of 1 person which makes things less interested. Hence why people make the excuse that the division is weak to discredit their greatness.

If we were to just take the Klitschkos out of the division, they never existed, this would be the worst heavyweight era ever without question. Guys like Chris Arreola would have legit chances to win every belt. David Haye would be the best fighter.

Does that sound like a good division?
