Mayweather goes "Your next Pacman" to start off his promotion with Ortiz to get interest for that fight. Pacman goes no problem, whatever tests Mayweather wants is fine. Then Mayweather goes "I never said Pacman was next, don't put words in my mouth". Then later on he admits he lied because that's what the fans and media wants to hear, and that he's not fighting Pacman. All these events are in youtube and can't be denied.

Quite simple, really. If Manny tests positive for drugs or PED's or whatever foreign substance in his body, Floyd won't even have to step foot in any ring to fight him.
