well in his defense and i am not a fan of paquiao really...i have almost all my arms and all my chest and stomach tattoed and when i got married(in mexico you need a blood test) the had to pinch my finger because i couldnt bear to see the needle in my arm,and it took the nurse like 10 minutes to be able to do it,because i was really afraid..what i am saying i think its possible to get tattoos and be afraid of,not so much needles but the type of syringe...tattoos needles are a little bit different..
