Pac won both fights fairly enough. It was close so we need a final fight. 1st fight was officially a draw 1-0-1 I would be happy had Manny fought him at 135 or at most 140 and happier had Pacquiao took the 6 million guarantee and fought him instead of Diaz

That's about it. Pacquiao just wants the fans to see him beat Marquez finally. He couldn't do it at 126-130 4 years apart and 4 pounds apart. This is now almost another 4 years after the rematch and not 4 pounds, but a 14 pound difference from their last fight.
