Weather B-Hop was faking or not/.... The ref shld not have called this a win for Dawson, if anything it shld have been a NO CONTEST at best... CMON! That is BS...Is it me or do alot of GBP fighters get involved with stuff like this, Mares with his low blows, ORtits with his head butt and now Hopkins getting body slammed... LOL...

Dawson lifted him up and let him drop down, that's illegal. Don't know why so many people are struggling to see that, and more just crying cos they wanted to a see a fight.

Hopkins did exaggerate. If the ref gave him a couple of mins it mighta been different.

I don't see how you can call that a TKO win though. It's not gone 4 rounds, the injury derived from an illegal move. It should be over turned.

2. That move is illegal in boxing.

4. If the doctors report confirms a shoulder injury suffered, the decision will be changed to a NC by the commission after a review.

from what i saw, hopkins was throwing a punch that missed, and instead of rolling out, tried to stay on dawson's back headfirst...dawson had no other choice but to get him off, cause that is a patent hopkins wear down tactic that most refs don't warn him on...old school stuff...looked like dawson studied that maneuver...it wasn't a good look for hopkins to buy time on the canvas outside of the ropes, then claim he was able to continue once the fight was stopped...

other than that, looked like chad came to fight, and nard was trying to jump in with a potshot and hold...

hate to see hopkins go out on that note, and if you're dawson or a fan, you can't say that he is the real champ cause he didn't whoop the champ...hopefully they can settle it on hbo cause ppv ain't happening...
