I've also seen hi knock someone out with a single punch, after he let the dude hit him 3 times in the face with no retaliation.

Just saying, the guy has some serious power.
and i'v seen Kimbo KO'd by a jab by a 205lb dragqueen with pink hair that was standing on 1 foot when he was throwing the jab.

    Gay guy that KO'd Kimbo

Seriously, when he fights any journeyman with some decent amateur boxing skills/background and has some experience, that type of ****e will get him pwned. Well, that and his overly developed weight lifters muscle. After two rounds fighting a guy who can go more than a couple and has some kind of boxing experience at a proper pro level, Kimbo will get completely gassed and run out of KO power and then it will be over.

Either way, it's funny stuff. It will be funny to see the first guy with some experience take him into deep waters and drown him. Boxing is about more than getting a ten second KO, and he will quickly find out that there is a big difference between these guys, who are no better than the *****e he was beating in backyard fights, and an actual well trained journeyman/experienced boxer who can take a shot and give one back.

Agreed man, Chauncey Welliver would likely beat Kimbo.

Everyone should stop reassuring themselves that a Klitschko could beat him.

            Sheesh

Allow yourselves to believe that the man is a genuine ko artist, because he is, but that does not mean he is a boxer, and that does not mean that he could live with Wlad.

Wlad beats him easy, Vitali would use him for a toothpick.

It is highly unlikely, in fact almost certain, that the man will never attain genuine contender status, not saying that he wont land a big fight.

I can see where you are coming from, and I cant really disagree..... but the problem is that most old-school fans dont like upstarts switching to boxing at 30+..... because it exposes how terribly easy this game is

Kidding, and youre right he will attract fans to the sport.

But it is hard to think of him as anything but a sideshow.

Difference is they do it even more so than Kimbo. They start out at the bottom and work their asses off, but they don't go around on the internet being a **** and beating on hobos, crackheads and dudes who've never fought in their life unless drunk.

You know the difference? It's called hype and marketing. You have fallen for it.

I think it's largely that because he came from beating up bums and crackheads in backyards for five bucks he seems a bit closer to the common fat bastard. He's like Ricky Hatton. Hatton was popular because he was seen as just one of the lads. Kimbo is the Hatton of the fat internet tough guy that wishes he was cool enough (or whatever the hell they think he is) to go around beating up drunks. They think he represents something and is just a regular guy doing it the hard way. It's why Hatton was so popular too.

Difference is Hatton could actually fight and wouldn't have spent time beating up dudes outside the pub that were so pissed they could hardly lift their arms.
                LMAO good post man.

Nah, hes just fighting bums, like you do when you first start out.

He will knock out a few more cabbies yet.
