I couldnt put any other heavyweight who is currently good so i put toney, this is an all time list so people from now r in it too..toney will do something better in the future...hes 37 now he has 2 or 3 more years if he wants 2 do something

Toney is my favorite fighter ever besides PErnell Whitaker...but there is NO room for him in any all-time HW list.
