Sure he is not an elite level guy but he was no creation...creations dont go out and do what he did against Quartey...creations dont come back like he did against Trinidad.

Vargas was a very good fighter who just could not get over the elite level hump thats all.

Robberies are a part of boxing, and Vargas was just an HBO creation, much like Roy Jones, except he actually had talent, he was just to cautious to fight the big boys.

The worst thing that happened to him was getting up and past of that 1st round against Tito, he took a lot of punishment through 12 rounds.
