That certainly isn't a standard boxing move is it? You can blame hopkins all you want for missing his punch and leaning on top of the ducking dawson all you want, but dawson lifting bhops leg certainly wasn't a legal issue either.

And let's not forget moments before when dawson had hopkins on the ropes he pushed and held his elbow/foreman in hopkins throat and pushed for several seconds. Is that also a standard boxing move?
