all im gunna say is its a shame. hopkins wasnt losing that fight in my opinion, and he clearly just wanted a way out, he didnt pop nothing out thats b s.. he musta really felt like he was gunna lose, or felt like gassed or something made him wanna quit.. cuz that wasnt how the real bhop goes out...

I dont know how that is possible, because the fight had only just started.

Neither guy had a chance to implement their gameplan by that stage, let alone effectively feel the other guy out. Hopkins would have still been making adjustments, and Dawson had done nothing, so I cant see how Hopkins was mind-***ed into quitting.

I might stick with the most likely explanation which was confimed in the medical report, until/unless other information comes to light.

Is it a *****move??? Even if hop was faking the injury it really wouldnt be a big detour for dawson in the bigger scheme of things to do it again. Its not like the division is stacked rigjt now.

I don't think it was a ***** move. Does anybody want to see a rematch of that? Lets face it, Hopkins looked every bit of his 46 years last night. Dawson is a style nightmare for Hopkins. Dawson vs. Cloud is the fight that should be made next. If that can't be made then Dawson vs. Pascal would be good too.

Well, after the fight, he said he want Pascal rematch.

I would like to see that fight first before any rematch with Bhop. This could be good fight considering Dawson looks motivated. Forcing him to fight Bhop ( he clearly was displeased with Bhop's actions ) could reflect on a bad performance against him.

It's NSB, they jump off the bandwagon as fast as they get on it. They always resort to calling boxers coward yet they wouldn't even dare to get in the ring at that level.

It was very unfortunate the event occurred, and B-hop obviously was genuinely hurt but the biggest losers are the fans once again.

I just feel very sorry for the people who bought tickets to the fight and PPV, I had a gut feeling the PPV was going to be a huge let down and never thought it should be on PPV in the first place. I think this will be the end for B-hop, if he returns expect it not to be on PPV and a poor attendance.
