Yes I think so too, they may be stretching the truth a bit. It could have happened that in the course of their duties, they came across an account owing and paid it on his behalf, thus causing the "borrowing". Something like that at most, or else its' what they think he owes them for work.

oh come on edgarg. this is an accountanting firm this is what they do for a living. if they said loan in their law suit it is a loan. because if it wasnt a loan mannys lawyers would jump all over that and cause the suit to be in doubt. and im far past certain they have more than enough documentation to prove their case. thats what they do.
