yes he would!! Only because Ortiz is humble!! Pacq would carry him to a onesided decision!! But could take him out at anytime!

NO because the power pellets provide Pakkuman with the temporary ability to eat the enemies.

He'll go as far as Manny lets him... Pacquiao carries his opponents even though he already beat them... just like Marg and Cotto.

dissagree Vic would have a good chance base on what Freddy has said about seeing them both in the ring rember he said it was a war . unlike Pac pass oppents who are on the downside of their careers Vic is young and strong

Ortiz had a better chance at beating Mayweather than beating Pacquiao. Mayweather doesn't expect to get hit and the layoffs hurt him. Ortiz HAD the physical tools to beat Mayweather, the only problem was that--and many people mentioned this and even Ray Leonard in an ESPN radio interview-- Ortiz, being young and never in a fight of this magnitude, was going to melt under the lights and be overwhelmed with nerves. We all saw it coming, but we were all surprised by the ******ity that came out of him with that blatant headbutt.

You need a disciplined boxer to beat Pacquiao. If you try to go to war with him, you're going to pay the price, such was the case with Hatton, Cotto, and Margarito.
In what world do you live in where a fighter beats Floyd but not pac? Come back to reality, son

yes, they would end up tapping gloves/hugging/kissing/dry humping/spooning each other for 12 rounds.

Ortiz' only chance of winning against Pac is in a surf competition.

Depends on the hugging, butting, kissing tactics of Victor - if he is lucky Pacquiao gets suckered into a hugging, kissing contest - he is just nice...

But there also chances that Pacquiao destroys him so fast and busts up his lip that Victor ain't wants to kiss anymore - I heard Garcia already has a new plan for the next fight - he called it the flying knee - let's see what this means
