Look man, coming from a Floyd fan straight up, if Pac has greed to full random testing and all of that is not an issue then props to him, and if Floyd still isn't interested in a fight then I'll be the first to admit Floyd ducked/is ducking. My issue is simply that it is very hard to believe that Arum wants this fight when Bradley is clearly next.

Enough with this lip service...it might be good enough for the fanboys to spam about all day...but to me, until they put pen to paper and get this fight made all their words mean nothing...Mayweather isn't kidding when he says, "take the test, then we got a fight." Saying, "testing isn't an issue" while you're already lining up Tim Bradley for your next fight doesn't mean squat...Pacquiao exploits the naivety of his fanbase. I'm thoroughly convinced neither fighter has any interest in making this fight. Pac/Arum are ducking Mayweather, Mayweather is ducking Pac...the only people getting screwed are the fans...Pac/Arum/Mayweather are all "ducking" their way to the bank.

Pacquiao may very well agree to testing, but you have to remember Bob Arum is his boss. If Arum does not want Manny to submit to testing, then there is no fight.

My thing is, it seems like people are just waiting for him to slip somehow and be exposed as a "cheat". Wow. Another pages of circle jerking by Floyd apologists. Unknown to these apologists, Pac had actually come to terms with being tested on the day of the fight if the Floyd fight ever happens. He had said this in a radio interview just a few days after the Mosley/May fight. It was then reported in the MP site, but eventually taken down by Arum saying nothing should be made official yet. I'm sure a lot of you remember this.

If I were on Pac's team, I'd advise Pac to challenge Floyd that both of them be mandated to get tested on the day of the fight aside from the random tests conducted on the required period.

Pac's PR team should make this thing clear. I'd also advise them to follow exactly what Floyd wants. There will never be a resolution to this other than literally bow down to Floyd's demands.

If Pacquiao "wants to know if it's reallly the reason", then it's time to come up with an official announcement.

Pac's PR team need to flex its muscles and do their freaking job.

it's actually simple. reach out to team floyd and list all of the things that floyd demands, write them down and affix a signature on it indicating approval. man, i'm sick of this. team pac should give all of what mayweather wants. arum also needs to raise $100 million, everything that floyd wants. let's see what other excuse he will come up with.
