If only. Unfortunately the reaction for Haye's retirement is more so "who cares?". He did little to make people care except run his mouth.

Exactly. The most interesting thing about Haye was his talk not his walk. The fact that few of us care at all is an example of how lame his last effort was compared to his swagger. Instead elevating his career this year he has devalued everything else he accomplished. He may have been a very good Cruiser but I will always remember the false bravado and empty threats at Heavyweight.
